  • Machines are completely reconditioned and fitted out with the latest technology by a team of specialists with more than 30 years' experience in the construction of rotary transfer machines.
  • This process takes place at our Thalwil site.
  • With full reconditioning directly from the manufacturer, we can guarantee our customers reliable production for many more years to come, thereby helping to protect their investment.

ReVest® machine reconditioning includes:

 

  • Complete disassembly of the machine and its components
  • Sandblasting and repainting
  • Mechanical reworking of unit mounts and machine base, including upgrades
  • Re-establishment of original precision, including geometric documentation
  • Replacement of all hydraulic fittings
  • Full reconditioning of rotary indexing table and collet chuck
  • Full reconditioning of all units and all Hydromat valves
  • Replacement of all electrical fittings
  • New electronics control cabinet with the latest Siemens SPS and the latest software
  • New control panel with Siemens OP Terminal
  • Fully compatible with the latest generation of spare parts
  • All reconditioning fulfils EC guidelines
