- Complete disassembly of the machine and its components
- Sandblasting and repainting
- Mechanical reworking of unit mounts and machine base, including upgrades
- Re-establishment of original precision, including geometric documentation
- Replacement of all hydraulic fittings
- Full reconditioning of rotary indexing table and collet chuck
- Full reconditioning of all units and all Hydromat valves
- Replacement of all electrical fittings
- New electronics control cabinet with the latest Siemens SPS and the latest software
- New control panel with Siemens OP Terminal
- Fully compatible with the latest generation of spare parts
