Flexible multi-way machining
The Pfiffner Group’s rotary transfer machines HC 12-U and HC 16-U deliver outstanding flexibility and precision in the multi-axis machining of complex workpieces. In addition to the Hydromat®-specific rotary indexing table, both models are equipped with swiveling satellite chucks, enabling indexable 5-sided machining without reclamping the workpiece.
Each of the 12 or 16 hydraulic chucks is individually adapted to the geometry of the workpiece. The clamping pressure is infinitely adjustable via hydraulics, allowing reliable and efficient machining of a wide variety of materials.
- Cubic workpieces up to 120 mm edge length
- Bar stock up to Ø 52 mm and length up to 200 mm
- Ideal for cast blanks, profile material, and bar material
