FLEXIBILITY AND MORE POWER FOR YOUR PRODUCTION
Our new control system
Pfiffner rotary transfer machines are known for their flexibility, investment security, sustainability and their high output, and that cycle by cycle. When decentralized control technology complements modular mechanics, Pfiffner rotary transfer machines may not quite be the "Jack of all trades", but they are definitely very close. All Pfiffner rotary transfer machines are equipped with the latest Bosch Rexroth CNC control IndraMotion MTX Advanced and decentralized IndraDrive servo drives, leaving nothing to be desired.
High performance control BOSCH REXROTH MTX XM42
A common platform for all CNC versions:
The XM42 is the latest high-performance control system from Bosch Rexroth and represents the highest expansion level of the Bosch Rexroth IndraControl MTX. The basic machine (control cabinet, coolant system and hydraulics) has all the characteristics to support variable unit configuration.
Module configuration - limitless modularity
- The machining units are mechanically assembled, the machining axes are linked and activated via bus systems
- In the user interface ("digital image" of the machine), the units can be activated via the configuration menu
- Up to 99 axes and additional options, such as tool monitoring, can be configured via the HMI menu
- Decentralized drive technology: hydraulic and also motorized servo axes are possible
Produkt supplement
The XM42 is the latest high-performance control system from Bosch Rexroth and represents the highest level of expansion of the Bosch Rexroth Indracontrol MTX.
The Bosch Rexroth CNC control in combination with the software and user interface (HMI) developed by Pfiffner, allows all machine types from the product portfolio to be operated in a self-explanatory and user-friendly manner.
