The Witzig & Frank LSA is a horizontal rotary transfer machine for simultaneous 3-side machining in a single clamping. It offers four to ten stations and up to 21 machining units that work in parallel. The processes include drilling, milling, thread cutting, honing, grinding, turning, broaching, forming, annealing, measuring, inspecting, and assembling. The LSA is ideal for machining challenging materials such as lead-free brass, cast iron, and forged steel. The machine can be fed with blanks, profile material, or bar material.
