The Witzig & Frank TriFlex 5X is a powerful rotary indexing center for simultaneous 5-axis machining without reclamping for medium-sized and large quantities. As standard rotary indexing centers, TriFlex 5X machines offer top performance and productivity while taking up only a small amount of space. They boast minimized non-productive times and a high machine availability even for the dry machining of workpieces.
More power | Witzig & Frank TriFlex 5X rotary indexing centers offer 6 sequential stations for the machining of rotationally symmetrical workpieces up to max. D x L 350 x 350 mm or, for cubic workpieces, 350 x 350 x 350 mm. Other dimensions are possible after individual testing. |

The generously dimensioned loading station enables highly productive automation solutions. For components of up to around L x W x H 200 x 150 x 150, a standard automation module with a robot and drawer magazine is available. A central coolant supply forms part of our standard kit of options. |
